Proud to Earn the Endorsement of Equality California

I’m honored to share that my campaign for Rohnert Park City Council, District 2, has earned the endorsement of Equality California, the nation’s largest statewide LGBTQ+ civil rights organization.

This endorsement is especially meaningful to me.

Equality California works to advance equality, civil rights, and social justice for LGBTQ+ people across our state while helping elect leaders who will stand up for those values in their communities.

As an openly LGBTQ+ candidate, I understand the importance of representation. But I also believe representation is about more than who holds a seat at the table; it is about how we use that seat to ensure everyone in our community feels welcome, respected, heard, and represented.

That is the kind of leadership I want to bring to the Rohnert Park City Council.

My commitment is to serve everyone in District 2 and throughout Rohnert Park. Whether we are talking about safe and well-maintained neighborhoods, responsible growth, infrastructure, local businesses, parks and community services, or how residents engage with their local government, I believe good leadership begins with listening and bringing people into the conversation.

I’m grateful to Equality California for their confidence in me, and proud to stand alongside leaders throughout California who are working to build communities where everyone has the opportunity to belong and thrive.

This endorsement is another exciting milestone in our campaign, and I look forward to continuing to meet with residents, listen to their priorities, and earn their trust as we work toward November.

Leadership You’ll See. Results You’ll Feel.
