  • Throughout my career in healthcare leadership, real estate, and community service, I've had the opportunity to work with people with different needs, priorities, and perspectives. From partnering with hospitals and healthcare systems on complex challenges to helping people navigate important housing decisions and serving my neighbors as an elected HOA Board Member, these experiences have shaped how I approach leadership and service.

    While each role is different, effective leadership requires many of the same qualities: listening, collaboration, responsible stewardship, thoughtful decision-making, and accountability.

  • Meaningful progress happens when people work together. Throughout my career and community involvement, I've brought together people with different priorities and perspectives to find common ground, solve problems, and achieve shared goals. I believe respectful collaboration and open communication are essential to effective leadership.

Those experiences taught me the importance of asking thoughtful questions, evaluating the facts, and making responsible decisions that balance immediate needs with long-term sustainability.

By listening carefully, analyzing information, and working collaboratively, I've helped develop practical solutions while remaining focused on the people those decisions ultimately affect.

Whether working with healthcare professionals and business partners, helping clients navigate real estate decisions, or engaging with neighbors in SOMO Village, I've learned the importance of listening, communicating clearly, and building relationships based on trust and respect.

    I believe that same approach is essential when working with residents, local businesses, community organizations, City staff, and fellow Councilmembers.

Whether supporting healthcare organizations, helping people navigate housing decisions, or serving my neighbors as an elected Board Member of multiple homeowners associations, I've learned that good leadership begins with listening and understanding the people you serve.

    That same commitment motivates me to serve on the City Council: to ensure residents feel heard, neighborhoods remain strong, local businesses can thrive, and Rohnert Park continues to be a community we're proud to call home.
